Personal Care Assistant/Certified Nursing Aide Task:
Personal care/C.N.A tasks are provided :
Assistance with bathing Eating
Toileting Proper nutrition
Grooming Home management
Shaving Housekeeping tasks
Dental care Ambulation and transfer
Medication Reminder Change diapers
Dressing
May include but is not limited to medically related activities, including the taking of vital signs only in conjunction with the above tasks.
Respite Care (Extended Personal Care) & Live Ins
Services provide personal support services over an extended period of time in a home setting which may also include relief of the person
Companion/Sitter Tasks
Tasks are provided to elderly, handicapped, and convalescing individuals:
Transport and escort services Social activities
Taking client for walk Medication reminder
Meal preparation and serving Bill Pay
Household tasks essential Shopping
to cleanliness and safety Run Errands
Home Maker
Encourage fluid intake Make bed Run Errands
Prepare meals Mop floors

Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing services are indicated when necessary for treatment of an illness or injury and are performed by a Registered Nurse, or a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Medication Management Monitoring of vital signs
